-The THAT 2150 Series integrated-circuit voltage controlled amplifiers (VCAs) are high-performance current-in/current-out devices with two opposing polarity, voltage-sensitive control ports. Based on dbx technology, they offer wide-range exponential control of gain and attenuation with low signal distortion. The parts are housed in a space-efficient, plastic 8-pin Single-in-line package(SIP). and require minimal support circuitary. Fabricated in a super low-noise process utilizing high hFE, complementary NPN/PNP pairs, the 2150 Series VCAs combine high gain-bandwidth product with low noise, low distortion, and low offset to offer discrete performance at IC prices. They are available in three grades, selected for distortion, allowing the user to optimize cost vs. performance

+THAT 2150 시리즈 통합 회로 전압 제어 증폭기(VCA)는 두 개의 상반된 극성을 가진 전압 민감한 제어 포트를 갖춘 고성능 전류 입출력 장치입니다. dbx 기술을 기반으로 하며, 낮은 신호 왜곡과 함께 넓은 범위의 지수적인 이득 및 감쇄를 제공합니다. 이 부품들은 공간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 플라스틱 8핀 Single-in-line package(SIP)에 들어 있으며, 최소한의 지원 회로만 필요합니다. 고 hFE, 보완 NPN/PNP 쌍을 이용한 초저 잡음 공정에서 제조된 2150 시리즈 VCA는 높은 Gain-bandwidth Product와 낮은 잡음, 낮은 왜곡, 그리고 낮은 DC 오프셋과 같은 디스크리트 회로급의 성능을 IC 칩 가격으로 제공합니다. 사용자가 선택할수 있는 왜곡률에 따른 세 가지 등급으로 제공되기 때문에, 비용 대 성능을 최적화할 수 있습니다.
