 마이킹의 [[음향:microphone:3_1_rule|3:1 법칙]]에서 사용되는 원래 마이크의 오리지널 소스와 다른 마이크에 새어들어간 블리딩 소스가 10dB 이상 차이 나면 콤 필터링 문제가 거의 안나타나는 점을 Gain sharing 알고리즘을 통해 구현하는 원리이다.

 An automatic mixer, or automixer, automatically adjusts the gain of microphones receiving signals to maintain an appropriate level. Simultaneously, it reduces the gain of microphones not receiving signals, effectively keeping the total gain of all microphones constant or, through a special Gain Sharing algorithm, ensuring clean and organized sound.
